Your organization is the group your party belongs to.
Your organization would at least occasionally be asked to solve mysteries, find perpetrators of crimes, or resolve the cause of some imbalance.

Make a Relationship as a group to create an organization head or mentor figure. Each PC should be able to describe how this person brought them into the fold.

Alternatives to Organizations.

You need a way to keep the party together. The way to do that with more work on the GM's part is tying in each character's background into the problems of the mystery.
